  1. KOREA, DEMOCRATIC PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF (North Korea) - The United
  2. States does not maintain diplomatic or consular relations with North Korea and
  3. has no third country representing U.S. interests there.  Attention:  U.S.
  4. citizens need a Treasury Dept. license in order to engage in any
  5. transactions related to travel to and within North Korea.  Before
  6. planning any travel to North Korea, U.S. citizens should contact the Licensing
  7. Division, Office of Foreign Assets Control, Department of the Treasury,
  8. 1331 G St., N.W., Washington, D.C. 20220 (202/622-2480).  Visa
  9. information must be obtained from a consulate in a country that maintains
  10. diplomatic relations with North Korea.
